We've made this swirly cotton skirt super-spinny, with plenty of gathers at the elasticated waistband and a full lining. A contrasting tasselled drawcord ties in a bow at the front to hold it securely in place. All around the hem there are multicoloured appliqué flowers fluttering brightly, ready for the twirling to commence.
